What's it all about?
Bent on Food was born from a love of great food and a strong desire to bring the region’s producers together in an outlet dedicated to specialty regional produce with a specific devotion to locally produced brands and seasonal produce. The café menu promotes products available for sale in store, using lovely olive oils, chutneys, local cheeses and marinated fruits, with an ever changing chef’s selection board for innovative ways to create meals from the vast range of products available for sale. Bent on Food offers visitors a regional experience with a large variety of services ranging from local music nights, barista training and a hamper service delivered anywhere in Australia. Bent on Food’s most recent addition is a custom built cookery school that offers cheesemaking, kids classes, pastry making and an array of classes by visiting and local chefs.
